This is a miniature paper sculpture of a black and white cat painted in watercolor and gouache. The little kitten is sitting on a 3D paper blanket holding onto a little orange fish toy. The blanket and fish are three-dimensional paper sculpted elements that comes out of the flat 2D background to create depth to the picture. The kitten’s whiskers are also made out of thinly cut paper. There is no glass on the frame because many of the elements stick out of the frame.

This paper sculpture titled, “Play Time” is framed in a gold colored, antique looking frame. The frame measures 1.75” h x 2” wide. The miniature oval framed watercolor paper sculpture can be hung up on a wall, or set on a small easel. It is a wonderful accent piece to a curio cabinet or on a book shelf!
