Perched on a gnarled branch against a twilight wash of blue and oranges, this bald eagle holds your gaze, and then you notice his feathers are real dimension, not just ink.
This miniature begins with an original illustration by Melinda Fabian, printed in a petite format. I then built it up by hand with 3D paper elements: individually cut feathers on the head, layered bark on the branches, and a crisp white tail feather that curves out from the surface. Tilt it in the light and the shadows shift across every feather. Please allow 3 to 5 pieces days for Melinda to make your 3D mini print. Each print will be original and have slight differences because the 3D elements are all hand cut and added by hand.
